Monette Van Lith

Facilitator

Monette Van Lith designs and facilitates training and workshops on topics related to the challenges of balancing complex and competing responsibilities at home and at work. She also coaches individual clients who are going through impactful changes in their careers or personal lives. She is the author of the workbook "Family Matters: Filling Your Home with Purpose and Love." Her one-on-one and group coaching is customized to meet the specific needs of clients as they face significant changes at work or home, such as new responsibilities, returning to work after a leave of absence (for example: parental leave or illness), or situations that lead to prolonged feelings of overwhelm or anxiety. Trained at The Life Coach School (www.thelifecoachschool.com) and in Positive Psychology Coaching (https://wholebeinginstitute.com), Monette draws on 25 years of professional experience on four continents. She possesses strong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills and is recognized for her ability to help her clients perceive opportunities for growth and development, even in the most complex and challenging situations. Monette's international experience in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, and her professional experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors give her the insights to understand people at a deep level. Before her coaching practice, she managed a medical equipment company in Romania, worked for a non-profit organization in Israel, for UNICEF and the World Health Organization in New York, and the United Nations in Sudan. Originally from the Netherlands, Monette holds a Master's degree in international development from the University of Leiden. She lives with her family in Massachusetts, USA.
