I’ve been a mental health worker for the last 10 years, and I’m excited to lead courses for men and learn together. I’ve been on a spiritual journey for the last 40 years, which has changed my lifestyle and made me become a better person, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically!
My work, life, and community service have had various stages and adventures. I’ve been an IT instructor for over 30 years, a sound engineer for 3 years, and a spa tech for 10 years. I’m a musician with the harmonica, I’m learning how to play the mandolin, and my music has been recorded on CD’s. I’m also learning to speak Spanish. I have been involved in reaching out to First Nations communities in Canada, and I am passionate about sharing the vision of Bahá’u'lláh for a healthy and unified future. I love planning and carrying out musical devotional gatherings, assisting with youth gatherings, and hosting spiritual meetings.
I tried marriage twice unsuccessfully, but I established a third healthy and wonderful marriage for 20 years until she passed away. I’m now newly married and learning and developing bonds of a healthy relationship with my new wife, Sholeh. We found it helpful to use Susanne Alexander’s life-changing book called "Marriage Can Be Forever--Preparation Counts!". Between us, we have several children and grandchildren. Sholeh and I live in British Columbia, Canada.

I’ve always considered myself a citizen of the world. I was born in Belgium to Iranian parents and grew up in Brazil, Macau, and China, before moving to the United States.
I have a background in communication, media studies, education, and school counseling, with a PhD in Communication and an MA in School Counseling. For the past 10 years, I have worked at an independent K-12 school in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, serving in a variety of roles throughout that time: faculty, administrator, school counselor, and, most recently, school principal.
Over the years, I’ve written and spoken extensively about healthy masculinity on my personal website, through my Substack account (https://substack.com/@munibrezaie), in interviews and podcasts, several ebooks, as well as a children’s picture book. I’ve also presented original research at a number of regional and national conferences, including those held by the Society for Cinema and Media Studies, the Association for Asian Studies, the American Men’s Studies Association, the Association for Bahá’í Studies, and the Popular Culture Association. My website is https://munibrezaie.com/.
I’ve been married for nearly 20 years, and we have two incredible sons - ages 17 and 11. In my free time, I love watching movies, playing video games, trying out new restaurants in the Atlanta area, playing drums, and going on hikes. Oh, and we’ve also got a sweet little beagle named Rami.
